Polar Wool LS - Navy

The Polar Wool l/s is a base layer crew neck at its best. With temperature-regulation, a comfortable fit and efficient moisture-transport for long days of hard skiing or tough winter adventures, it is the perfect first layer to wear closest to the body. The jersey is knitted in a 230 gram mix of the finest Merino wool with 10% elastane, it gives an incredibly soft garment in the mid weight class, optimized for the colder days on the mountain.

Thanks to Merino wool, the jersey gets unique properties: It warms when you´re cold, feels cool when you´re getting warm and ventilates moisture from the body when you´re active. The function is permanent over time and does not cease if the garment is damp. Additional advantages are that the jersey does not lose its shape, and in addition, the Merino wool is naturally antibacterial, which minimizes the risk of bad odor.

The fit is athletic, but not too tight, and the sleeves are constructed with raglan cut. At the chest, an inspiring print.

The jersey is made in collaboration with Marbäck Tricot, a small local producer who has developed high-quality, small-scale knitting with an own knitting hall since 1965. They work hard for a reduced carbon footprint throughout the production, e. g. using green electricity from solar, hydro and wind power, and an increased use of organic materials where guidelines, requirements and certifications such as Fairtrade, GOTS and Oeko-Tex® are met.
