Was het kledingstuk apart en binnenstebuiten op een mild wasprogramma en gebruik een wasmiddel zonder bleekmiddel. Sluit vóór het wassen alle ritsen en laat het kledingstuk niet weken. Gebruik geen wasverzachter en hang het kledingstuk direct na het wassen op om te drogen. Rek het kledingstuk voorzichtig uit terwijl het nog nat is en schud het tijdens het drogen regelmatig op.
