Complaint

8848 Altitude is known for good quality, and it is something we are very particular about. With every complaint, we bring the product back to our headquarters for investigation. We take quality issues seriously and value our customers' assistance in the development and improvement process. You always have the right to complain about faulty items, although all complaints should be made within a reasonable time frame (three years).

Please note that we only handle complaints from our own online store and not from our resellers. If so, please contact the store where you purchased your product.

We handle all complaints within 72 hours.


1. Send an email to claim@8848altitude.com and describe your complaint in as much detail as possible.

2. Include pictures clearly showing the issue, preferably close-ups of the product.

3. If possible, please include your order number for faster processing.

4. We will review your complaint and provide feedback within 72 hours.


Example of a complaint:
Faulty function/product
Poorly sewn product
Production defect
Missing button
Broken zipper


This is NOT a complaint:
Does not meet expectations
The package was damaged upon delivery (please contact the shipping company)
The ski pants are too short
The color does not match the pictures
