Where can I find my invoice?
All payments at 8848 Altitude are handled by our payment partner Klarna.
All questions regarding payment and invoices are answered by Klarna directly.

We can't send invoices directly to the customer, contact Klarna or log in to their website. We recommend using the Klarna app, which is very easy to use.
Can I pay with a gift card?
Yes, you can pay with gift cards purchased via our website. If you have more than one gift card, you must contact us as you cannot enter two gift card codes at the same time in our checkout.
Do you store my payment details?
8848 Altitude neither receives nor stores payment details. All transactions are handled directly by Klarna, our payment provider.
Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds can therefore take up to 10-14 working days from the time we receive your package.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Keep in mind that:
- Discount codes have different validity dates and terms (the terms of the discount are specified in the e-mail or on the website).
- Discount codes can apply to different products or product groups.
- Double check that the discount code is spelled correctly in upper/lower case.
- Make sure that there are no blank lines or periods in the code.
If you still have problems with your discount code, please contact us.

What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email.
How do I track my order?
Once the order is packed and your parcel is picked up by the transport company, you will receive an e-mail from the the transport company with all details necessary to track your order.
What delivery options do you offer?
Depending on shipping country we have different options. To UK we offer standard and express delivery with:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on where you live and the shipping type of your choice. You can see your shipping cost options on the checkout page.
How long will it take before I receive my delivery?
We strive for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days.
I need my order before a certain date - is this possible?
We depend on our partners to deliver the products to you. Therefore, we can never guarantee delivery on a certain date, but normally you should always have the order no later than 2-5 working days after ordering. Contact our customer support and we will try to help you.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Sweden and it is located in Borås.
I haven't received my order
When your order leaves our warehouse in Sweden, an email will be sent to you. When the order has then been delivered, to your home or to a delivery/pick-up point, you will receive a new notification, usually via SMS or e-mail.
If you can see via the shipment tracking number that the order has been delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us at customer support and we will help you track down the order. Always have your order number ready for quicker help.
Can I change/cancel my order?
It depends on how long it has been since you placed your order. If we haven't already packed and sent your order, that's no problem. Contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Did my purchase go through?
As soon as your order has been processed by us, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail address. If not, please double check your spam inbox to see if your order confirmation has ended up there.

How much does returns cost?
The return fee is 9 GBP and is deducted when we handle your return.
Do you refund shipping costs?
No, we do not refund the shipping costs. The shipping fee charged at checkout covers the shipping and handling of the transportation company. These costs can therefore not be refunded.
Can I return items from Previous Seasons?
Yes, you always have the possibility to return our products, even products from previous seasons.
What is your return period?
You have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all packaging, in original box, labels and tags attached to them.
How do I make a complaint about a product?

Has my return been registered?
As soon as we have received and processed your return in our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive a notification by email.
Note! Always save the delivery receipt from the service point where you delivered the return. You are responsible for the order until we receive it. There is also a tracking number so you can follow the order's way back to us.

How do I find your size guide?
To find the right size can be difficult and is always individual. We have made a size guide to help you choose the right size. If you are still unsure, please contact our customer support. We can help you both with experience and specific measurements of the products.
What if the size I want is unavailable?
If an item or a specific size is sold out, you will have the option to sign up to get notified when the product is in stock again.
How do I sign up for restock notifications?
To get a restock notification for the chosen product, go to the product on the website and tap the "notify" button on the size that you are interested in and enter your email address. Now you will be notified by email if and when any new stock is uploaded to the website.
How can I be informed about future restocks and new launches?
We recommend following us on our social channels @8848altitude for all news and launches. You can also sign up to our newsletter in the bottom of the website to be the first to know about new products.
How should I wash my product?
On the inside of each garment you will find the garment's specific washing instructions. You can also read more about washing advice here.
What does your label "Online Exclusive" mean?
This means that you will only find the product exclusively on our website and not at any of our resellers. The products are produced in a very limited edition.
Do you use real fur in your products?
No, we always use 100% fake fur.
