The measurements specified in the chart are the body measurements we've used as a basis when developing each size. For the best fit, we therefore recommend that you first measure your own body and then see where you fall in the chart. The garment will then fit as we intended when we designed it, based on your size and the fit of the specific garment.

Chest: Measure around your chest at the widest point.

Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest point.

Seat: Measure around your hips at the widest point.

Inner leg: Measure the length of your inner leg.
